Chocolate Chip Cookies …

Always looking for Keto friendly treats to nibble with my coffee after the one meal of the day …

2/3 cup butter
3/4 cup Splenda
1 egg
3/4 Tsp vanilla
1/4 Tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 and 1/3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup ground walnuts
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Bake at 350 degrees for between 10-15 minutes (depending on cookie size and tendency of your own oven. The bigger the cookies, the more time you need.)

My daughter came up with this one … no sugar and of course one is not supposed to scarf down a couple o f dozen at a sitting – one at a time every couple of days or so.



Yes … we are getting on to harvest time now and so far things are looking way better than last year …
