Happy Labor Day Weekend. Harvest is in full swing, although momentarily delayed due to rain. Found and interesting Irish Scripture Scholar, Francis Hogan on YouTube … just amazing.
But first a couple of relevant quotes from scripture touching on our current crisis in the Roman Church, Europe, Ireland, and, really, all of Western civilization, or what used to be known as “Christendom,”
People did not think of Europe as a distinct place until after the Middle Ages. Instead, they spoke of “Christendom,” or the community of Christians. Christianity was the most important influence of the Middle Ages in Western Europe. It is why we used to be significantly different than anywhere else on earth.
And finally I have linked to an hour long talk by Frances Hogan, well worth the time … IMHO … Frances Hogan is a prophet in the true biblical sense and in the true biblical tradition … and in true biblical fashion she is ignored by “all right minded people” …
Micah 6:8 … He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
Psalm 106: 35-39 35but they mixed with the nations and learned to do as they did.
36They served their idols, which became a snare to them.
37They sacrificed their sons and their daughters to the demons;
38they poured out innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters,
whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, and the land was polluted with blood.
39Thus they became unclean by their acts, and played the whore in their deeds.
Psalm 85: 8-11 …8I will listen to what God the Lord says; he promises peace to his people, his faithful servants— but let them not turn to folly.
9Surely his salvation is near those who fear him, that his glory may dwell in our land.
10Love and faithfulness meet together; righteousness and peace kiss each other.
11Faithfulness springs forth from the earth, and righteousness looks down from heaven.
12The Lord will indeed give what is good, and our land will yield its harvest.
